Teriyaki Pork

  1. 1 of 4 Trim fat from meat. Place in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. In a small bowl, whisk next 7 ingredients. Pour over meat.
  2. 2 of 4 Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
  3. 3 of 4 Transfer pork to a cutting board, reserving cooking liquid. Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
  4. 4 of 4 To serve, drizzle meat with cooking liquid. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using. Serve with Asian Slaw.

Asian Slaw

  1. 1 of 1 In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, sweet pepper, carrot, pea pods and sliced onions. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine vinegar, canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and shake well. Drizzle over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
