Texas-Style Chili

Slow Cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 9 hours



  1. 1 of 3 Coat slow cooker bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Season brisket with paprika, salt and black pepper. Place in slow cooker.
  2. 2 of 3 Scatter onion, bell pepper and garlic over brisket. Combine tomatoes, broth, vinegar and chili powder. Pour over brisket.
  3. 3 of 3 Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours or LOW for 9 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker and cool slightly. Chop into pieces or shred and stir into sauce. If you like, serve with sour cream and shredded cheese
