Thai Brisket Sandwiches
- 1 of 2 Place brisket in a slow cooker, fat side up. Slice scallions into 1-inch pieces and add to slow cooker. Whisk next 3 ingredients and pour over brisket. Cover and cook on HIGH until meat is tender, 5 hours.
- 2 of 2 Transfer meat to a cutting board and let rest 20 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, pour sauce into a measuring cup and skim off fat. Slice baguettes into 6 pieces. Serve meat on baguettes with sauce, cilantro, carrot, mayonnaise and sriracha.
