  1. 1 of 1 Make Basic Sugar Cookie Dough; do not refrigerate. Beat in 4 oz (1/2 pkg) softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp almond extract. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Roll into 1-inch balls and roll balls in 1/3 cup granulated sugar to coat. Place on a baking sheet. With your thumb, make a large indent in top of each piece of dough. Fill each indent with 1/4 tsp strawberry jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes per batch.
