  • Place tortillas on a large baking sheet and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add onion and cook 3 minutes. Crumble in chicken; cook 5 minutes, until no longer pink. Stir in salsa; cook 2 minutes, until liquid evaporates. Top tortillas with chicken mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomato.
