Tomato and Cheddar Slab Tart
Lightly coat a 10x15-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, then sprinkle with cornmeal. Spread dough in pan so it fits with a slight lip. Sprinkle dough with shallot, thyme and 1/8 tsp salt. Top with cheddar.Advertisement
Pat tomato slices very dry and arrange over cheese. Sprinkle tomatoes with 1/8 tsp salt. Bake 35 to 40 min at 400°. Top with ground black pepper and more thyme if desired.
