  1. 1 of 1 Whisk 1 cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup each sour cream and mayonnaise, 1 tsp each chopped shallots, cider vinegar and sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Toss 12 cups mixed salad greens with half the dressing. Serve with remaining dressing on the side.
