  1. 1 of 1 Heat oven to 200 degrees . In a shallow dish, whisk 4 eggs, 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 4 tsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp almond extract. Cut eight 1-inch-thick slices challah bread from a 1 lb loaf. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter. Soak 4 slices bread in egg mixture until saturated (about 15 seconds per side). Cook over medium for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until browned. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in oven to keep warm. Add 2 tbsp unsalted butter to skillet and cook remaining slices. (Or heat a nonstick griddle to 350 degrees and cook all 8 slices at once, 2 to 3 minutes per side.) Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds and 6 oz raspberries; dust with powdered sugar.
