  1. 1 of 3 In cup, mix dressing, jalapeno. Spread 2 tablespoons over each tortilla. Scatter romaine over each.
  2. 2 of 3 Layer beef, turkey, tomato, avocado, cucumber on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over each. Tightly roll up each tortilla. Wrap in damp paper toweling; refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour.
  3. 3 of 3 Remove toweling. Halve each diagonally. Serve dressing on side.
