Black Bean Chili

  1. 1 of 4 Heat oil in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; saute until softened, 8 minutes. Add ground turkey; saute, breaking up meat with wooden spoon, for 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
  2. 2 of 4 Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt and allspice; saute 1 minute. Add tomatoes and water; simmer for 7 minutes.
  3. 3 of 4 Stir in zucchini, beans and green chilies; simmer, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender, 10 minutes.
  4. 4 of 4 Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle cheese and green onion over top.
