Herbed Turkey Loaf

  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine turkey, spinach, 1 egg and soup-and-dip mix.
  2. 2 of 4 On a lightly floured board, unfold puff pastry. Along sides, cut slits, 1 inch apart, from outer edge up to fold mark on each side of pastry.
  3. 3 of 4 Mound turkey filling down center between the two fold marks. Starting at one end, fold pastry strips over filling, alternating sides, to cover filling. Place loaf on ungreased baking sheet. Beat 1 egg in small bowl; brush over pastry.
  4. 4 of 4 Bake in 400 degrees F oven 30 to 35 minutes, until pastry is golden and filling registers 160 degrees F on instant-read thermometer inserted in center.
