- 2 of 3 Spread dough out. Cut each package of dough into 10 rounds, using 2-3/4-inch cookie cutter. Discard any excess dough. Brush with beaten egg. Place 1 level teaspoon of the cheese filling in center of each. Fold in half; seal edges; crimp with fingers. Brush egg over sealed calzones. Place on greased baking sheet.
- 3 of 3 Bake in 425 degree F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and glazed. Cool slightly before serving. Makes 20 mini calzones.
