Pecan-crusted Turkey Cutlets

  1. 1 of 4 Preheat broiler. Grease broiler-pan rack.
  2. 2 of 4 Combine honey and soy sauce in large shallow bowl or pie plate. Place ground pecans on wax paper. Dip turkey cutlets into honey mixture, then into ground pecans, pressing ground nuts firmly onto cutlets. Place cutlets on greased rack.
  3. 3 of 4 Transfer remaining honey mixture to small saucepan. Bring to boiling; boil gently 1 minute. Reserve.
  4. 4 of 4 Meanwhile, broil cutlets 6 inches from source of heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove to platter; spoon honey mixture over. Serve with hot cooked noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes 6 servings.
