  1. 1 of 3 Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Add onions and garlic; cook over medium-high 5 minutes, adding 2 tablespoons water halfway through. Stir in sausage, breaking up clumps; cook until no longer pink, 5 minutes, adding 1/4 cup broth halfway through.
  2. 2 of 3 Cook ravioli following package directions. Drain.
  3. 3 of 3 While ravioli are cooking, add mushrooms and 1/4 cup broth to skillet; simmer 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, fennel and pepper; cook 3 minutes. Add remaining broth and arugula; cook 2 minutes. Stir ravioli into sausage mixture. Makes 6 servings.
