  1. 1 of 4 In a nonstick skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat until soft, about 3 minutes.
  2. 2 of 4 Add wine or chicken broth, beans, rosemary and thyme. Simmer 5 minutes, adding water if needed.
  3. 3 of 4 Meanwhile, in another nonstick skillet, panfry (no oil) sausage over medium heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes, shaking pan occasionally so meat cooks evenly.
  4. 4 of 4 To serve, stir sausage into cooked bean mixture. Makes 2 servings.
