Skillet Turkey Parmesan
Heat broiler. Spread flour on sheet of parchment or waxed paper. Dip turkey cutlets in flour to coat both sides.Advertisement
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet with ovenproof handle over medium heat. Add cutlets; sauté until golden brown on bottom, 3 minutes. Turn over; sprinkle with salt and pepper; sauté until cooked through. Add sauce; simmer 1 minute. Sprinkle cheeses over cutlets.
Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted and brown around edges. Serve over your favorite pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Makes 4 servings.
