• Heat broiler. Spread flour on sheet of parchment or waxed paper. Dip turkey cutlets in flour to coat both sides.

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet with ovenproof handle over medium heat. Add cutlets; sauté until golden brown on bottom, 3 minutes. Turn over; sprinkle with salt and pepper; sauté until cooked through. Add sauce; simmer 1 minute. Sprinkle cheeses over cutlets.

  • Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted and brown around edges. Serve over your favorite pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Makes 4 servings.
