  1. 1 of 4 Heat oil in 5-1/2-quart pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, green pepper and chili powder; saute for 10 minutes or until onion and green pepper are tender. Add turkey; cook for 6 minutes, breaking up chunks with a wooden spoon.
  2. 2 of 4 Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup, ground red pepper, packet of instant broth and salt; simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. Add kidney beans; cook for 4 minutes or until heated through.
  3. 3 of 4 Serve with accompaniments if desired. Makes 8 servings.
