  1. 1 of 3 Heat medium-size nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey; cook, breaking up turkey with wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 6 minutes.
  2. 2 of 3 Spoon turkey into colander to drain excess fat. Wipe skillet clean with paper toweling.
  3. 3 of 3 Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, green pepper, oregano, cumin and chili powder; cook, covered, 6 minutes, until softened, stirring occasionally. Add turkey, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and olives, if using. Bring to simmering, uncovered; cook for 5 minutes. Serve on rolls. Makes 4 servings.
