White Turkey Chili

Slow Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours



  1. 1 of 2 Set aside 1 cup of the beans. Combine remaining beans, turkey, jalapenos, green peppers, poblano, onion, garlic, 2 teaspoons cumin, 1/2 teaspoon coriander and broth in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  2. 2 of 2 Mash reserved beans. Stir in mashed beans, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon coriander, lime juice, cilantro and salt. Sprinkle with scallions and serve immediately.
