Bean & Onion Saute

  1. 1 of 3 Cook beans in boiling water 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
  2. 2 of 3 Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; add prosciutto; saute 3 minutes. Remove, set aside.
  3. 3 of 3 Reduce heat to medium-low; heat olive oil. Add onions,. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden. Add beans, prosciutto and black pepper to pan. Heat through.
