Bok choy is a popular Chinese vegetable that easily pairs with shrimp for a sensational stir-fry recipe.




  • In a bowl, blend broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cornstarch. Set aside.

  • In large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and salt; stir-fry 4 minutes until shrimp is cooked through. Remove to a plate and keep warm.

  • Add remaining oil and stir-fry bok choy for 5 minutes. Add red pepper and scallion and cook an additional 3 minutes.

  • Add broth mixture and bring to a simmer. Add shrimp; cook for 1 minute until heated through. Stir in cilantro and serve with rice, if desired.
