  1. 1 of 4 Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 to 10 wedges.
  2. 2 of 4 Toss potatoes wedges with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter in large roasting pan. Season potatoes to taste with salt.
  3. 3 of 4 Roast in 425 degrees F oven for 1 hour, turning potatoes over with spatula every 20 minutes.
  4. 4 of 4 Heat together remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter and hot sauce in small saucepan. Toss with potatoes in roasting pan. Transfer to serving bowl.
