Garlicky Green Beans
- 1 of 2 Trim tough ends off haricots vert or green beans but leave whole. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add beans and cook until just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cool water. Return to pot; sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
