Grilled Corn with Chili Butter

  1. 1 of 2 Stir together butter, lime juice, chili powder, salt and red pepper in a small bowl until smooth and thoroughly combined. Generously coat corn with butter. Wrap each ear in foil and tighten securely.
  2. 2 of 2 Roast in 450 degrees F oven for 45 minutes, or grill over medium-hot coals until tender, 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
