  • Cut broccoli into spears. Heat olive oil and garlic in a large saute pan over medium-high heat until sizzling. Add broccoli and cook, tossing frequently and gradually adding wine to keep garlic from browning. Cook until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Add hot red-pepper flakes and grated lemon and orange zest. Toss gently.
