  1. 1 of 2 In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add green beans; cook, stirring occasionally, for 7 minutes or until still crispy.
  2. 2 of 2 Add sliced mushrooms to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until beans are just tender. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in Brie until melted. Top with toasted walnuts. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
