  1. 1 of 3 Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 of 3 Cut potatoes into thin wedges. Beat egg white slightly in bowl. Stir in tarragon, salt and pepper. Add potatoes; toss to coat; sprinkle with stuffing crumbs; toss to coat. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  3. 3 of 3 Bake in 450 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp and golden. Makes 6 servings.
