Directions

  1. 1 of 3 Place the peas in a colander and run under cold water until just thawed but still cold. Allow to drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise (add more or less according to taste).
  2. 2 of 3 Add the chopped onion, black pepper and cheeses. Mix well.
  3. 3 of 3 Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
