Roasted Asparagus With Thyme

  1. 1 of 3 Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. 2 of 3 Wash asparagus; snap off and discard lower tough end. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and toss lightly to coat. Place asparagus in shallow baking dish that holds them in a single layer. Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. 3 of 3 Roast in 425 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until tender. Makes 6 servings.
