Sauteed String Beans

  1. 1 of 2 Cook beans in lightly salted boiling water 5 minutes. Drain in colander; run under cold water.
  2. 2 of 2 Heat oil in large skillet over low heat. Add garlic; cook 5 minutes. Add beans, salt, pepper and almonds; heat through, 2 minutes. Remove garlic and discard. Makes 6 servings.
