  1. 1 of 2 Heat butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion; saute until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2 of 2 Stir in zucchini and basil; cook, covered, 12 minutes, stirring often. Add tomato, salt and pepper; cook, stirring, 3 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
