Very Berry Energy Balls
In a small ziptop bag, crush freeze-dried raspberries. Transfer half to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir until combined and dough comes together. Wrap and refrigerate 30 min.Advertisement
Form dough into balls (1 tbsp each), then roll balls in remaining crushed raspberries to coat. Makes about 20 balls. Tip: You may need to compress the dough so that balls hold together.
