Very Berry Energy Balls

  1. 1 of 2 In a small ziptop bag, crush freeze-dried raspberries. Transfer half to a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir until combined and dough comes together. Wrap and refrigerate 30 min.
  2. 2 of 2 Form dough into balls (1 tbsp each), then roll balls in remaining crushed raspberries to coat. Makes about 20 balls. Tip: You may need to compress the dough so that balls hold together.
