Warm Spinach-Artichoke Dip
Add artichoke hearts to a food processor; pulse to slightly chop. Add spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic salt, black pepper, cayenne, 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan. Process until mixture is blended and uniform.Advertisement
Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 35 min, until browned and bubbly. Makes 4 cups.
