  • In a food processor, combine first 6 ingredients. Process for 30 seconds, then stop and scrape down sides of bowl. Replace lid and, with processor running, add EVOO in a thin stream. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with a little more EVOO and top with additional fresh thyme. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
