  1. 1 of 2 Heat oven to 350 degrees . In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients (using amount of oil listed on brownie mix box) with 1/4 cup water and stir until blended. Fold in half the white chocolate chips and chopped pretzels.
  2. 2 of 2 Spread into a greased foil-lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining white chocolate chips and pretzels. Bake 25 minutes, until set. Cool completely and cut into squares.
