Wilted Kale Pasta



  1. 1 of 2 In a pot of salted boiling water, cook spaghetti per package directions. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, add dinosaur kale.
  2. 2 of 2 Drain, saving 1/4 cup of the pasta water, and return to pot with walnuts, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and black pepper. Garnish with grated Pecorino-Romano cheese.
