  • Place zucchini noodles in a colander; sprinkle with salt. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large pot over med-high. Add ground chuck; brown 4 min. Stir in 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and sugar. Simmer 10 min, stirring often. Rinse and pat dry. Add to sauce with grated Parm and oregano; simmer 3 min.
