Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Once butter has melted, tilt pan to coat. Stir in brown sugar until it covers the bottom.
Fit pineapple snugly into pan; you will need to push rings up sides so 10 to 12 will fit.
Place a large baking sheet or platter over cake. Carefully turn cake over onto sheet.
