If you struggle to get your teen off Fortnite and out of the house in the summer, lucky for you both: Planet Fitness is inviting high school teenagers ages 15 to 18 to work out for free (yup, for free) at any of its more than 1,700 Planet Fitness locations throughout the US from May 15 through September 1. They’ll also offer free classes Monday through Friday with certified trainers, just check your local Planet Fitness. If your teen is younger than 18, they’ll need you to go with them when they sign up.f

Additionally, all teens who sign up (beginning May 15) are automatically entered into Planet Fitness’ Scholarship Sweepstakes. By the end of summer, 51 will be randomly selected to receive a $500 scholarship, and one teen will receive a $5,000 grand prize. Your teen should also stay clued into the Planet Fitness Twitter and Instagram for giveaways all summer (think: movie tickets and wireless headphones).

If your kid is intimidated to jump right into pumping iron, Planet Fitness also developed a full-body workout that only takes 30 minutes:
